Hi! Im not sure if this post may be malplaced but this was the best place i could find. Im wondering if anyone has ever needed new bolts for some part of the suspension. I may need to change this arm, or at least the bushings:

but the bolts or at least the nuts looks so bad that they might not survive.. (i may need to cut them in worst case). Is seems nobody makes new bolts.. why is that, and should i never need to change them? Are they supposed to be rust bullet proof?
Plz enlightening me about this, its bothering me quite a lot :)
