Any reccomendations as far as spring rates for the ground control coilovers... i am getting tired of waiting to set the car on the scales to help determine what I need so I was hoping maybe you guys could be of some help.

btw... street/track set-up and I don't mind a harsh ride.

Well, if you're ordering from GC, they should be able to recommend you spring rates for your car. Just call them up. It has less to do with the weight of your car then the suspension design. You should look up the term "wheel rate" to get an idea of what's involved. For example, the e46 and e30 rear suspensions have the springs mounted inboard from the struts which is different from the setup up front meaning that the wheel rate up front is nearly double that for the rear given the same spring rate. For my e28, I've gone with 450/350 f/r but GC recommended a higher front bias of 450/275 or so.
