Hey guys,

I'm in the process of replacing my water pump and thermostat this Spring and was wondering if the Mishimoto and EMP Stewart Thermostat and Water pump respectively are worth the expense vs OEM like Meyle, etc....since I read their upgraded features like Metal impeller and better efficiency...

I'm running my M50 NV stock, I just want it to run great again.
Has anybody installed the parts mentioned above, if so, how is it vs OEM....??

I also noticed that my thermo housing is still plastic....smh

I had a meyle pump that was good quality and had the metal impeller. Cant say much on the rad but I would imagine it must be decent since mishimoto has a lifetime warranty on it iirc.

Are you saying mishimoto will replace their rads even if damaged in an accident? Kinda hard to believe, but great if you like to drink and drive!

Unless your car has some major engine modifications its simply not worth it.

Yup! Our products are covered by accident protection, so even if you get into an accident just send us a copy of the police report. :) Check out the video our our Lifetime Warranty here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkq3Ee0BURY) and our Warranty information page as well: http://www.mishimoto.com/warranty-info.html

Let me know if you have any questions, I'm more than happy to answer them.

I'm also going to be doing coolant system work and am thinking of a Stewart pump. A friend of mine couldn't speak higher of them.
