Hello All!

The time for Sharkfest is nearly upon us! Registration closes APRIL 18th at 11:59PM!!! If you miss out, you're gonna miss out big... Registration this year has really been amazing - we're looking at close to 100 cars this year!!! We have a good collection of the whole range of coupes - e24's are dominant of course, but the e9's and e31's definitely have a presence and I expect all the "old family" will welcome them in their "official" capacity this year. I'm really looking forward to it!

I'm shocked myself, but there are still a small handful of spots left for the drive at the Performance Center on Saturday morning. To clarify, this will be a two-track setup that will allow all who register to push a collection of BMW's latest cars - both M and non-M. Don't miss out - they don't do this very often at all (and when they do, it's much more expensive than what we're offering).

George suggested a swap meet and I think that's a fantastic idea. I'm thinking that we have a swap meet area set up somewhere - I'll work on that. In the meantime, bring your stuff.

I don't know about you guys and girls... but I can't wait!!!

I'm in for a swap meet cause I can't afford the driving school and I need to sell stuff to buy beer. It's all about elementary economics :beer

Cheers,

George

Does this mean YEA or NEA depending on refreshment? Don't worry about it either way. This event has also evolved into a family style get together over the years. I've received a cold one (or 2) upon arrival just pulling into the parking lot where there's already a gathering of participants and their cars . Some folks get there earlier than those of us who must drive for hours.

I am finally registered keeping with my usual theme being close to the deadline. Actually a couple days early this go 'round. Can't wait!!!

George.....some people start early with a bloody mary or screwdriver. You know, its important to get your vitamins before too many carbs. Didn't your mom teach you anything? Ask Kai about my special "healthy fruit drink".

You forgot that after Ron makes coffee, we brush our teeth with beer and swallow.
