I have a 1984 Euro 635CSI does anyone know where to buy a major engine rebuild kit for this motor?

depending what do you mean by major engine rebuilt. I have an '86 Euro. I bought all the gaskets, timing chain, tensioner, ect. from ebay. It was a known brand.
as for the rest as in pistons, its hard to find euro ones here in the U.S. the best way to save money is to rebuild them if possible. The rest its all the same as the american version. Should you need to change the head, there is not difference with euro one exept for the clearance. I changed my cylinder head with an american one, my camshaft fit with no issues as well as the valves. good luck
