What is the proper tire size for e39 that run 17x8 et 4 and 17x9 et 6 ?
will 235x45 front & 255x40 rear fits with no problem?
car is on stock suspension.

Those are the correct sizes for the car. The 6mm offset seems a little low but the tires would be the sizes you mentioned. If I can help with the tires let me know.
