Ever heard of a "Knack" Bushing Set

Has anyone heard of a "knack" bushing set? I bought a Z3 and the seller mentioned bed had a knack (or something like that) bushing set installed and so the car needs an alignment. I couldn't find info on a knack bushing set. Maybe I got the name wrong. Any info is appreciated.

They must stock those between the blinker fluid and the exhaust bearings.

Maybe he's talking about the lower control arm bushings? You should be able to take a look under the car and see the new bushing or maybe he has a receipt?
