E46 19in M3 wheels fit on 2004 330i

I am looking at replacing the stock 17in wheels on my 2004 330i. I really love the look of the E46 M3 19in wheels. Will this fit on my 330i with the sport suspension package? Thanks for any insight :)

The fronts will work but the offset on the rear is too low and will push the wheel outside of the fender.
