Thinking of buying

Hi there newbie to the forum. Have owned a 520d SE saloon and currently a 520d SE tourer which is now 3 years old so time for a change. Thinking of getting a 730d. Will be a used 2013 with about 5k miles as my budget is £40k.
What I am asking is should I go SE or M and is there anything that is a must have option?

Get the m. And u must must get led lights. Get no interior options but get the led
