Led blub problems t10/501 to be extact

I was changing out my halo bulbs for led and I went to take driver side door lamp out and it just died on me, help? I know it's not a fuse because the other door lights still work, I checked the connection and everything looks normal. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advanced.

I'm confused here, are we talking about the door light, like the puddle light, or the led angel eye bulb? LEDs are polarity sensitive, they don't work if they are plugged in backwards. Otherwise the bulb could have gone bad. I know LEDs last a very long time, but sometimes the solder joints will break within the bulb

Puddle light, thanks. I left it alone and it came on after a couple hours.
