Price on 2004 525i ?

Is this a fair deal? 2004 525i with auto trans,premium and cold packages.
MSRP of $44,920, dealer will discount $1600 for a purchase price of $43,320.
First time buyer, discount seems low.

that is a good deal, when I price the same car on Edmunds.com..i had priced it with sport and premium, the price came out to 46500 and the dealer price was 47500, but here in California the cold package is really not needed, but I checked the internet and has the price for the premium and cold package at 44203 and dealer price for 44920

Go to www.edmunds.com and price your car with options. Try to pay no more than 1500 above invoice.

About options, the only must-haves are the sports package and xenon lights.
