99 528iT Fuel Leak.

I have a fuel line leak near the fuel pump on the drivers side. It only occurs when I fill up. I finally got my hands on an inspection camera, and was able to shoot a video of the problem(camera does not take stills).

What are my options in terms of repair. Its in a very difficult to get to and I would like to avoid changing the fuel tank(or dropping it)
