Yet another idle thread Surging !!

Here is a video of what happens when you go into neutral from load. It will stall at lights and stop signs drives pretty well when throttle is applied.

stg2 Rms kit (RMS Tune) ... has not driven correctly since install.

Vacuum tested at 23-25hg at idle gonna test it again

seems like ICV ... i just can't get to it with the S/C and aftercooler in the way so i want to confirm or try to confirm before i pull things apart

afrs go lean and sweep with the surging... it balances out after a bit idles pretty well after that

Unhooked the maf started the car and it won't idle at all just dies.
Hooked up vacuum again and took a video it has really high vacuum 23-25 and at part throttle it seems to build up? And once you give it more throttle it releases vacuum.
Super weird don't know where to go with this

Today i picked up a new set of bosch coilpacks and installed them. check all the spark plugs- there looking good
upon first start it cranked immediately and i took it for a drive to warm it up. went okay at first then as soon as the engine warmed up it started backfiring or missing (not sure) and stalled almost every time i stopped at lights or stop signs. idles well at 14.7-15 afr and the surging wasn't as bad but the stalling was much worse. I made the car officially undrive-able today

Should i just buy a tune to eliminate that problem first or continue hunting for the mystery cause?

Installed old injectors (green top) stock 95 m3
Put a stock chip removed supercharger belt
And the car runs almost the exact same.
