Easy entry/exit

Have a 2007 530i. My steering wheel never moved when getting out of the car. Just had my car in for an alignment and tires and now it moves up when I get out and back to memory when starting the car. Any ideas on why it didn't do this before like it should? Software??? Thanks.

Yes it's because you had the steering wheel all the way up as far as it can go

That's the thing though. The wheel wasn't all the way up.
