WTB E36 Shell/Roller in WNC

So, I've found a donor car for a few hundred dollars that has a decent engine and transmission, but completely rusted out. I am hoping to find a black OBD1 E36 roller in the Western North Carolina area. I have been primarily an E21 guy so I have no idea how much a E36 roller would go for. The donor may be bought out from underneath me in the next few days, and if it does, I'll delete this. Shoot me some offers!

Or a E36 with blown engine/crummy transmission/ratty interior. Preferably black. Any year but it needs to be a 325i. Help me out!
