I'm gunna be honest. I've put no more than 900 miles total on my 3 fun vehicles within the last 2 years. They are bored, and I am bored. They just sit, and it makes me sad. Most of the reason that they sit is because I don't have any car friends around here. I live in the heights, where people seem to be "eco friendly" and want to talk about low-energy charging strategies for their Nissan Leaf, not where to find the best lead fuel additive or how to make your S62 sound even better.

Hell, last time I took the old Merc out, somebody actually yelled at me because "I am a horrible disrespectful person for parking it in one of the electric-car-only spots." Listen, if you're going to give 5 spots right up front to cars that don't exist in this city, I'm going to find an alternative use for them. Plus, it's much more eco-friendly for me to go straight to the open spot than hunt around for a spot while getting 6 mpg. I feel like y'all would have backed me up on that.

When I search for car stuff on google, I find "Los Magnificos Hydraulic Hop Contest" and garbage like that...or high schooler prelude gatherings at the local autozone just in case one of them doesn't start.

Where are all you guys?? Let's get srs and plan a lovely pick-nick or something.

Well i entered a contest and won this. But depending on the quality of your paint, how far you want to go with scratch removal(how badly its scratched) and overall finish you want. A detail ranges from $400 and up. $400 is the base and thats what i received with this detail. But my car wasnt terrible with scratches

He does a phenominal job and only charges about $280 per car for a 10 hour interior/exterior detailing service. Come check the cars out and see if you want to use him. The Merc hadn't been detailed in about 30 years, and it looks brand new. The M5 was covered in swirls from sitting at Momentum BMW for 3 months and then they basically washed it with sandpaper...and he removed every single damn blemish.

He has a 7 month backlog for weekend details, but can usually get you in within a week or two if you can drop it off on a Tuesday and pick it up on Thursday.,

Erg valve?

For the lower hose, be sure to grab a 13.62.1.743.299 o-ring from the dealer since your temp sensor will likely leak when reinstalled. Mine did, we have the same car, niiiice.

Fortunately I was in my Murano and not the E39.

The crappy part is that my work was cancelled anyway so I went for nothing. When I came back around 9, damn near every bridge and overpass on I-10 near Downtown was shut down. I tried to take the 45 South ramp, got to the top, lost traction, and coasted to the bottom back on to I-10, which the cops shut down right behind me. Fuuuun morning haha.

Tiger, thanks for the heads up and Part no. Erg Valve is Part of secondary Air System. It was throwing a fault Code so i just replaced it.

I really want to make it to some of These Meets. If I can just get the car to cooperate lol. The cooling hose is actually fine. It's the damn seal that's shot. Since you can't buy it separately, I had to buy the whole unit.

Ton of space in the back for parking on grass and away from prying eyes as well, plus there's always a variety of food trucks there so no one is held to one type of food. Trust me its belly dragging friendly you have to see it for yourself. Plus its only about 50ft or so and then you can get the car on grass (of course we could only meet during "dry conditions" :shifty ). As far as the Ghengis meets I see what you mean and last minute is a lot better than none at all.

The food truck park used to actually be a car dealership that flipped old muscle cars and vintage Ferrari's for what its worth. Shame they always had a Testarossa sitting outside in the elements for about 2 years before someone came and bought it.

You can show your car or park on the sidelines. It is an all day event, show area is separated from the rest of parked vehicles, there is 1/4 mile racing going on all day at the strip, and occasionally drift teams like "neverslo" show up and give people drift rides on their drifters around a preset "circuit" in exchange for $10 or $20. There is usually a bikini contest of some sort, and an automotive model (sexy mamasita) who will be present to take pictures and sign autographs/sell posters, or whatever it is they do... Pretty cool event IMO.
