FML, installing new clutch master and the top leaks

The top of the master where the black grommet is wont seal. Got the damn thing all installed and the second i hooked up some pressure (bleeder) it pours right out. I know the grommet is seated, its the metal master...ideas?

you screwed it on right? the other 2 versions are clip on.
