Hi Guy's
I am looking to buy a e46 wagon has to have a 5spd stick! A sunroof to if possible. Please let me know if there are any for sale out there.
It can be a 323it or a 325it or 325xit.

Well, the good news is that you aren't being too choosy. It took me 9 months of looking to find a RWD wagon with 3 pedals without a ton of miles and in good condition.
Patience will be your friend. Kept expanding the search circle as nothing suitable was turning up. Then, just as I prepared to go nation-wide, the one we bought turned up in our back yard---just 200 miles away!

If you're willing to spend a little more for an E91, here is a great car for a great price:

Alas, the E91 is not an e46iT. The OP can decide, of course.
As I was having no luck finding the e46iT that we wanted, I did test drive an e91. I think it was that car's fraternal twin (same packages, but black on tan leather). Yes, it was more money, but price wasn't a major factor in the decision to keep looking.
Positives include:
6 speed is delicious...and should have been available on all e46s, especially those with 3.46 diffs.
Interior is a tiny bit more upscale.
OTOH:
It weighs more (and you can really feel it).
The steering is more remote.
The run-flat tires are unpleasant on salt-belt road surfaces
It is not as handsome as the e46iT (although reasonable people can disagree on matters of taste)

Hmm, would that be SM's car?

I will just have to be patient because I really want a e46. I am starting to look further out. I have found two high miles cars both around 200,000 miles. That's to much I would like to be around 100k if possible.
