Whoever owns that car is a douche. How is it that I supposedly secured the sport seats out of that car and the night I was departing to head over to PA to purchase the seats, that person is going to tell me that his partner had sold the seats earlier that day. And that's me telling that person that i was coming from far away and was looking forward to buying the seats and possibly other parts too.

I paid $350 for mine in pretty good condition. Not "like new" and the bolster on the drivers seat has some wear, but for that price I was happy.

Are they different ? I had two e39's, both with Sport seats, before my e38 that also has them. I didn't notice any difference. But I did own a few other cars in between.

im in alabama. problem is i think the e39 seats are 16 way adjustable. the e38 sport seats are 18 way.

that is correct sir on the adjustability, mine are heated too and i'm contemplating selling them. i like them alot but i'd rather use e38 seats.

No problem. I was interested in buying the car but not now. Too much gone (cluster being the biggest thing) for what he wants for it.
