1999 BMW 740iL Clunk noise when braking

I have a 1999 BMW 740il. I just replaced both of my front rotors, pads, lower control arms (front-front and front-rear). Now, only when I press firmly on the brakes I hear a clunking noise in the front right. Didn't have this sound before doing this work. Sounds a lot like the caliper clunking on the rotor. I have checked the caliper and pads again on that side and replaced the caliper clip. Still hear the noise. Does anyone have any idea what is the problem?

Just so you all know I resolved my issue with the clunking noise when braking. It was because I had aftermarket pads installed, replaced with BMW pads and my clunking noise on the right side when braking went away. Just thought I'd let you all know in case anyone else out there was experiencing the same issue.

Good to know the issue was resolved. Son and I will be doing this next weekend.
