Need a little help if someone has pa soft or similar in the Phoenix AZ

I need to ask a favor to my fellow BMW owners in the Phoenix AZ area I just replaced my instrument cluster pixel failure previous owner tried to repair himself and need to reprogram it for milelage and such. And need to do it before my cable comes in for pa soft. Willing to drive to anywhere in the Phoenix Metro area and bring a 12 pack to use it for 30 mins. Thanks I appreciate any help I can get

I have PA soft but I doubt it can fix the mileage. That needs to be done with more advanced software
