telephone address book

I have a 2008 528i with the OEM sound system. It looks like my address book from a previous mobile device of mine has been uploaded to the memory of the system....I like this feature, but I would like to clear out the address book, and start all over again.

How can I do this?

Just connect the new device to the car the old address book will be replace by the new one.

no, that didn't work...I deleted the devise from the list of paired devises and repaired my devise...the old address book is still there.

yeah you have to have to right phone my old HTC EVO worked, HTC EVO 3D didn't, Samsung GS3 worked, my HTC ONE doesn't. You can try deleting all phones and try again.
