OP, no disrespect but in the interest of whats just. Explain how Ive seen this car on Craigslist at 4,000$ claiming it had a bad head and 4K was the new price after being something like 6k. At that time no mention of clutch. You've actually had at least 3 different CL ads for the car. All having a different story and different price all within a week or so. Whoever is serious about the car do a compression test/ leak down and a through inspection. Then offer what its really worth. OP in one CL ad you said your leaving the country and had to get rid of it. Now you wanna trade for something else? If you want the 4500$ just part it out. You did also claim your a BMW tech in one of the CL ads.
