Hello all,
I never thought I’d part my E36 M3, but as a graduate student, a practical and project car just doesn’t work out. I’ve given it as much attention as I’ve been able to, so I have documented all of my work fairly well. I have owned the car for 5+ years and only put on 19K miles. I never got to track the car like I wanted to, so the miles were fairly easy on the car.
A few things about the car. It is stock no-sunroof; it isn’t an aftermarket fill in. These are hard to find and is perfect for tracking or auto-x. On a similar note, it is a more stripped down model, so it doesn’t have power seats, it has mechanical Vaders. It does still have simple luxuries such as power windows, mirrors, locks, and A/C. A lot of time has been put into making it a very mechanically sound car, most notably an engine rebuild. A dyno plot after the engine rebuild can be found in the pictures.
With a KBB value of $4,400, $8,000 in installed parts, $1,500 in extra parts, and $11,000 of work with Kelly Moss Motorsports, I’m asking $10,500.
