It's Motul's version of Redline water wetter.
They claim to reduce surface tension therefore staying in contact with surfaces better. I have Redline in mine, can't really claim better or worse.
I believe its original purpose was for drag cars that can't use glycol because of making the track slick. (Business model, increase sales by marketing to regular people)

Royal purp has it also. Im sure most motor oil and coolant companies have their version of it.

ya, we couldnt run glycol in nascar either. I dont think we used anything but water.

Waste of money. I ran lucas stuff before and after temps didnt change in same climate and drive. I dont think its doing anything bad or good.
