hi their a friend has a e60 need help on his side light bulb

he has purchased some bulbs for his early 2003 e60 but for some reason they don't work on his car

but the bulbs have been tested and they work

could you please help me out heres a picture of the bulb its not a 501 bulb its a has t4w bulb normal bulbs work but the led ones don't work

as the one in pictures these don't work

could any 1 please help thanks
