we are getting rid of my wife's E39 528iT,
it is currently leased (14 months left IIRC), and if you want to assume the lease, you are more than welcome to it, the dealer isn't giving us jack for it, so I'd just as well have it go to someone I like.
its not perfect, but it comes detailed and with 15 months of CPO warranty...
