Weird squeeking... Almost like a fan belt.

I frequently--but not always--have this weird squeeking coming from the engine while driving. I noticed that it never squeeks while in park/idle. When I'm going down the highway I can hear it good with a window down, and if i apply the brake even in the tinniest amount it stops until i depress the brake.

Any idea what this is?
