Spots on Rims? Help!

Hey All,

I just got some 18" Roja Formula 7's put on a couple of weeks ago. I bought them used from the classifieds section, and everything is fine with them, except for these two small black blemishes.
Ive tried rim cleaner and ive tried hot water and soap, but it wont come off.

Can you give me any suggestions on how to get this stuff off?

That looks like a scuff from a tire or something. Mine was on the inside of the lip and was like a corrosion. I went to a nice wheel/tire shop and got this stuff called lustermax to clean mine up. It is a wadding polish, yellow, looks like cotton candy, worked well for me but I think its very poor on RoJa's part not to clear coat these or something. Not everyone lives in a dry climate on the west coast.
