Opinions needed on a convertible S.

Any issues with the convertible mechanism? I live in Arizona and am concerned with the fabric material.

Any other issues to look for?

Dealership is asking $14,500 with only 45k miles.

My wife has owned an 05 non-S convertible since new. Absolutely zero top issues, and my wife has cycled the top up-down 1000's of times (we live in SC).
