Need a couple of beater tires to drive to the track on -- 245/40x17 or 235/40x17 would be great, going to put them on M3 17x8.5s.
Pref local to the SF Bay Area.

Hmm... I was looking for something really cheap. I might go for a set of tires as new as those michelins, but I'm guessing shipping from the east coast would be a bit much.
How much do you want for the 255s?

I have a couple of Michelin MXX3's in 235/40/17. They're evenly worn down to the bars. I was going to use them for the track, like you, but never got a chance to. How's $50 sound? I'm in the East Bay.

I have a set of 225 45z 17 Azzenis, very good track tire, I'll let them go for $80 + shipping, they are a little worn in the outside
