LCM III C18 available functions - NCS expert or I need new module?

I tried to code my LCM 3 C18 but I was unsuccessful. It looks like the functions I am looking to change are not available on my LCM C18 but they are available from C19.
Is it possible to flash or code somehow if these option do not show in my trc file?
AUTOM_FAHRL_STEUERG ( AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHT CONTROL ) - aktiv
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_KZL - nicht_active (licence place cold monitoring)

Do I have to change the module or I can get mine tweaked somehow?

If its not listed in a PSW dump..you cant mod it.

Thanks Iceman. You are right. I listed all the functions from C18 and this doesn't have these two although for the license plate there is another function available to diable the warning.
I will get a LCM3B or 4.
