Right Fog light Warning Light

Last night I replaced the Stock boring fog lights with LED replacements, they work fine but now im getting a error saying right fog light malfunction. I didnt have this error all last night , popped up this morning when I left for work any thoughts? BTW its still working just fine.

The lamp module measures the resistance of the bulbs to check for bulbs that are burnt out. You replaced them with LED's, therefore changing the resistance. Hence, now your warning is on.

If you're fancying bulbs that are LED replacements - I think you've got to look for "cambus" LED bulbs...

Im actually very UNimpressed by these, I ordered HID replacements. In total darkness the light is bright at the fixture however it only shines about 3 ft in front of the car. I could drive with the stock bulbs only and could see a good distance.

I stick to standard parts these days because of exactly that.....
