Hartge Nova 7

Just picked up a set of Hartge Nova 7 in chrome that have just been re chromed. 20x9 and 20x10. Question is, are these 2 piece or three piece? Some of the bolts that go around the entire rim felt semi loose (not falling out) but I feel that may be an issue?? Also, turns out these have a 82mm center bore so based on my research I'll need to call tirerack and hopefully they have the BBS centering rings from 82mm-72.5mm
