Product Review: Carfidant Paint Tool

Hello all, I was contacted by a company named Carfidant to write an un-biased review of their product so I made a vid and took some pics.

Online process went well with no hiccups, very easy site to use. Package arrived in one day, came with instructions and return label. Tool was in a nice leather case with no way of getting damaged. The product itself is extremely easy to use. Just turn it on and put it onto the car. I would make sure the car is clean before doing the readings but honestly it won't make a difference. The end of the tool will be pressed down anyways a tiny bit of dirt should no alter the readings. Overall, highly recommend this product as an aid in buying a car and it will reveal any hidden secrets the seller might be holding back and saving you any headaches down the line.

Magnets do not work on Aluminum panels. Also, no-where near as accurate.

Aside from super expensive high end cars, I doubt aluminum panels will be an issue.

Aluminum panels are actually used by almost all car manufacturers. From Buicks, to Hondas, Mercedes and BMW. Not just high end cars.

We provide an inexpensive alternative/supplement to vehicle history reports (Carfax / Autocheck)

If you are looking for a quality all original vehicle this is the only way to truly know for sure.
