I've searched and searched and have not been able to find a single thread detailing replacing the clutch in my car. I understand the basics, Im a weekend grease monkey and comfortable working on my car.
Yesterday the clutch started slipping slightly in the lower gears, and I smelled a bit of burnt odor.... Pretty sure that it is what I think.
My plan is to get the pelican parts replacement kit, about 350 bucks
Yet, it would be great to see a write up of what is needed, and from someone who has done it.
The basics:
1. Remove exhaust
2. remove driveshaft
3. remove tranny
4. replace parts
I'd like more details, or if there isnt a thread someplace out there, lets start it here.
Thanks
