Yes its from an Audi. Lots of members have Audi windscreens. They fold up to 1/4 the size so they store very easily in the trunk.

It keeps the wind from coming over the windshield and whipping around to hit you in the back of your head. If you never had one, you won't miss it. Once you get one, you will never take it out.

This particular specimen is from an Audi A4, but BMW makes one for the 3 Series. The Audi one can be stored in the trunk if you have a backseat passenger.

The one from BMW can also be stored in the trunk, just not as compact.

I put mine in the trunk, but it's far more convenient to leave it at home. It's most convenient to put it on and leave it alone, it's next most convenient to leave it in the garage. The worst is to put it in the trunk, especially if there is anything else that has to be in the trunk.

I just got it today. Absolutely fabulous. It hit 85F today so I pulled in the driveway, installed it and took it for a drive. I cant believe how much it cuts down the wind turbulence inside the car. It like driving with the top up and the windows rolled up. Now I have absolutely no reason to drive with the top up on those chilly days.

Everyone should get one of these.

I use mine when the temps are over 90, and the AC works to keep the cabin cool. I also use in when the temp fall to a bone-chilling 60, and the heater works too.

Shoulda been standard equipment, I tell ya.

I got ya'll beat! When I went to look at my M3 (that I got to replace my 99' 328ic) at the BMW dealership, I looked in the rear seat there was a brand new, still sealed in original package, OEM Wind Blocker. The previous owner ordered one and never used it. Even the Sales Guy was blown away by that. Brand new, OEM, Free.....yeah, I'll take that!
