Hi out there, have a problem with our 2007 Mini Cooper S, the oil feed line into the turbo has come loose
and is now leaking oil. Wondering if this is an inherent problem.

The only weak area I know of on the 2007 Mini is the timing chain/guide excessive wear issue. I believe the 2007 model was the first year using the newer "Prince" engine, but your problem is the first I've heard of any oil line issues.

It is a 2007, after all, and things just sometimes break.
