Help with Offset for E46 325CI-- Urgent!

Will an 18 x8.5 wheel Offset 43mm fit the front and
an 18 x 9.5 wheel, offset 18 fit the rear.
front tires: 225/40
rear tires: 285/30

I'm totally lost

original offset for E46 is 47 mm. the fronts should fit ok, but the backs with only 18 offset will stick 29 further out (1 1/8inches) and may rub the fender.

a good amount of money to have a good bodyshop seriously "pulling" the fender. they might need to cut the body panel. 9.5" width and 18" offset are just too much for a regular E46 if you have lower suspension. that's e46 M3 or 5-serie territories.

as for the front, a 43mm offset might hit the suspension but a spacer will take care of that.
