Experience with Penske Dealerships?

Hey fellas, I am currently going into my third week of STEP and decided to start putting together my list of desirable BMW Dealerships too look into. I noticed a few of the ones I'm interested (Austin and San Diego) are owned by Penske. I don't really know much about them yet but they seem to own quite a few Dealerships. In the Northwest, where I am from, most of the dealerships are family owned.

So my question is: What has your experience been working for a Penske Dealership? Are there advantages or disadvantages? Are you treated and compensated well? Choosing a dealership is a big decision so I want to make sure I am educated.

I worked for a Sonic Automotive dealership for the first 5 years of my career. I now have been working for a Penske dealership for the last 2.5 years. I really have no complaints about either. I think compensation is very fair (will depend on the market, obviously). Working for a large corporation really isn't much of an issue for me.
