Can i add the USB port to my 2009 318d (atm i have only AUX)?

Just for charging, this is what I used to plug into the 12v outlet in the center console:

You can, but it's expensive. And the only thing it gains you is being able to use your steering wheel controls for ipod. It still puts the sound through the AUX jack so you keep the same sh!tty sound quality.

I'm just going to route my charge cable and AUX cable under the center console section, and up into the ashtray. Then find an Ipod small enough to fit in there fairly snug so I can still reach the buttons.
