Hey guys, im looking for a 335 currently. and wanted to run this by the board and get some opinions.

Found a 2007 335 with only 35Kmiles on it. Good price. Carfax shows no accidents, no lemon title, driven by one owner with about 6000miles per year. Sport Package. No warranty.

08/24/2006 it was shipped from Germany
In the history, no records of repairs or service except for at 31000miles the following..
Cabin air filter replaced
Computer reprogrammed
Oil and filter changed

and then at 34000miles the vehicle was sold or traded in late 2012 to the dealer, and has been for sale since then, but it looks like it switched dealers and is still for sale now by the new dealer.

What do you guys think? I havent gotten the chance to drive it and would have to have it shipped when i buy it. So is it worth the risk or does it seem too sketchy?

I have been debating selling my 335. Just waiting on some things to pan out before I pull the trigger on another car. I doubt you want to wait and there may be a chance I keep it anyway.

But just for the heck of it, 2009 space grey/black 335i, manual, nav, sport package, dakota leather with heated seats and moonroof. Just passed 22k miles. Has an OEM front lip installed and a set of 19" Avant Garde M359 wheels with Pilot Supersport tires(upsized). Will sell with the wheels or I will put the original 18's back on and the original tires, which are some henious RFT things with like 8k miles.

There are a few rock chips here and there unfortunately, but very, very clean. Has a Cobb accessport on it, will sell you it also if interested, if not I will uninstall and sell separately. Still under warranty until June. Just changed the spark plugs and oil (I change it every 7500 miles or so) this past weekend. Had the rear brakes changed and fluid flushed under a regular service a few weeks ago.(obviously still under the free maintenance program). But I am way north of 23k, probably in the 32k range.

As I said, I have to wait a while until some accounts come through before I can sell, and that is all dependent if I can find what I want in your timeframe. But just throwing it out there.
