Bimmerforums is a great place, we have a great community, but we are lacking. We are lacking in the fact that the 7 series area is just not what it should be. I encourage all of you to try to invite all your friends or anyone you meet who has a 7 to come on over to the 7 series forum so that we can beef up our knowledge database, and knowledgable members so that we can have a more productive 7 series forum.

right-o!
I've contacted some of the regulars from Bimmer.org and a couple of joined...let's see what happens within the month.
What we really need is more of the technical geek stuff to be written about - then you'll see them coming quicker:)

Unfortunately I think it will not. The links I placed were to Bimmerforums. If you check your URL box in your web browser you will see we are currently at 64.119.165.48, also any new members we may have gotten joined right before the server failure. It is very unlikely they will be able to find this place again. It is very sad.:bluecry1:

Hey Hyper,
Does the title of this thread have something to do with the fact that we "Seven" owners are above average in size...

We are still hanging out over at bimmer.org on Roadfly. I posted the new link after the recent outage but... :dunno
Will probably take some time and definitely uninterupted service before a few more migrate over here.

Thanks for your support.
I would imagine that Bimmer.org has had its share of problems.
2 years ago when I got into the forums, i was on bimmer.org every day and it never failed to fail once a day back then.
A couple of times it was down for 2 days at least (nothing like here) but it doesn't run as complicated a code.

I agree Hyper, hope this forum takes off, just as roadfly E38 has. I have been a member over there for a year or two now, and have gained quite a bit of knowledge from the veterans over there...you know who you are! :)
I just registered with bimmerforms tonight; hope I can be of benefit to you all in the near future.
