E90 2007 328 secondary cats & res delete

I want a louder exhaust, but it still to be classy. A growl that won't be obnoxious and annoying to everyone around. I was wondering if anyone with a 328 has any experience with a 328 with a res and secondary cat delete. How does it sound? Sound clip? Issues? Will it pass emissions? Did your gas mileage change?

Thank you, it seems like something I don't really want to do, I have heard it is money for no change, or it sounds bad. Looks like I'm saving for m sport exhaust
