2007 335i auto trans. pan replacement part#???

I want to change my transmission fluid, pan, and sealing sleeve. I cannot determine the difference between the two pans listed for my model. This is what I found. Both sites have have 2 listed for my model. When I called fcp euro, they told me that I needed the $170 part. If this is true, why would both sites have two different options? VF52662 are the last seven of my VIn if that helps.

Because the pan and filter are integral is why the one that costs more is listed. Check this out too as this is where I get my fluid and parts for transmissions...
