Top won't go down

It has finally gotten warm enough to drop the top. Only problem now is it doesn't want to go down. The top is full auto. When I push the button the passenger window starts to go down but it seems to pulse in doing this. I have yet to get the window to drop fully using the top button. I can push the button that drops all the windows at the same time and they will go down. If I do that and then press the top down button nothing happens. I hear no sound what so ever. Any ideas as what should be checked first?

Windows don't drop fully with the top button, they only go down a little. I would check the fuse by the battery in the trunk. Or possibly do a re-synch.

Finally had time to look at the problem. Turns out the fuse was a bit corroded and only required a cleaning. Top works again!
