My passenger window seems to be loose on the rear guide rail tracks: if you push out on it from inside the door, it will move outwards a few millimeters. The roller guide does not sit snugly inside the guide rail, and I am hoping for some advice on how to proceed. I searched many posts on this topic, but have not found a solution yet.
The issue that prompted this is that the window will not go all the way up unless the window switch is held down. When the window is down, it will rattle when I go over bumps, or shut the door.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Did u check that clips and regulator are good, weatherstrips are straight and it's snug in the base?

Thanks for the responses.
The regulator seems to be ok, but I am not sure what to look for. It isn't loose, but some of the gear teeth are worn more than others (see pic below.) I do not think this is causing my window rattle, but it may be what is causing the window to stop closing prematurely-as if its meeting resistance.
The issue still remains that the window roller guide is loose in the guide rail; is there supposed to be some play?
The clips are in good shape. I will have to take a second look at the weatherstrips. As far as being "snug in the base," the window can be pulled up 0.5cm when it is partially open.

Haven't fixed it yet, but it seems to be missing one of the window felt guides on the front edge. I'm guessing that this is the cause of the play in the window.
Upon closer inspection, the teeth on the regulator motor are worn in one section, which is the likely cause if the window failing to go up using the one-touch function.

Update: problem solved. It was the rubber/felt guide on the leading edge of the window. The guide was about 12" too short, and was the cause of the play in the window. The short guide is the reason the one touch function didn't work.
