I want to ask something in this thread, if is not a problem. It is true that everyone says that the Z3 steering rack has less wheel spin right, but it is also true that the wheels turn less? I mean, unless the wheel rotates, but the wheels, so we would have less range of spin, right? It is only a theory, or have the same range of rotation than a normal E36 fewer turns of the wheel?

I've heard so many bad reviews from large company rack rebuilds. I just got one from Rack Doctor; the business reviews are solid and Rich is very helpful.

I had one by Jorgen Automotive on a e30 325 I replaced for a friend, and they are recommended in the Audi world (that's where I first heard of them.) Don't know if they even ship to Canada (but they are in Michigan) or how much that would add to the price, but they are much lower.

Rack doctor seems to be the place to go.

Really any of those reviews about AAE?

I checked them out they have it for $269 so I emailed them about shipping.
Do you still have that one in your 325?

Ya but I can't justify 560 on a rack. Maybe 350 400 max but not 560. Anyone know anything about getting a p.o box in buffalo, where to get one and how much they charge?

Anyone end up buying one of these....? I know I've read a couple other forums where people had (not many), but I'm having issues with mine. Installed the rack and now I keep getting a wicked pulsation in the steering wheel when trying to bleed the system. I'm replacing the pump tomorrow to see if that solves it, but just curious if anyone has had any bad experiences with AAE stuff?
