M3 And 3 series exhaust hangers

the M3 and 3 Series exhaust hangers have different part numbers, also the M3 rubber exhaust hanger seems to be offset from the center unlike the rest of the E36 chassis.


I searched but I could not find anything definitive. Does anyone know if the M3 Rubber exhaust hanger will work on the rest of the E36 chassis?

Yes it will.

Both will fit but depends if u have aftermarket exhaust.

M3 stuff works on the non-M3. The M3 hangers also have a metal bracket that the non-M3 hangers do not seem to have. I just installed M3 hangers on a 328i.

I have Umnitza's version of UUC Corsa TSE , which I assume then won't work since it has no "lip" like OEM mufflers?

its not obvious from the picture but there are 2 little metal tabs that connect to the hangers on each side. So would that still work then?

Yes they still fit.

Yea it will, I used m3 hangers for m3 cat back :D
