So I purchased this car last week with 99k miles. Took it to the mechanic and said I have oil leak somewhere by the brake fluid spot. Anyways I would like to try doing a few things myself to save some money. Bought from a dealer with extended warranty not sure if these issues are covered tho. I got the trifecta and ses light on the other day and these are the codes . For the ABS its 90 and 44. And the SES is 143, 188, and 189.where to start? Any advice is greatly appreciated! !

I have successfully changed simple things like thermostat radiator and hosesnon my 96 maxima btw

What do these codes mean? Where did you get them?

Get a copy of the Bentley E39 service manual.

It was from a mechanic he used like some new obd2 tablet scanner or something. Ses lights were 02sensor and gas cap but the ABS 90 and 44 he did not know. ...
